What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice, so that we have time to contact other patients waiting for appointments. Notwithstanding extenuating circumstances discussed with the individual provider, we typically charge a cancellation fee of $75.00. Charges for missed sessions or late cancellations are out-of-pocket expenses and are due no later than the next session.
What about confidentiality?
The relationship between you and your provider is protected by law, and your information cannot be disclosed without your consent. However, we are required by law to protect vulnerable populations and, therefore, we are mandated reporters. Our providers will review all policies and procedures at the intake to ensure informed consent and understanding.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, check, credit/debit/HSA or FSA card.
